I have been saving this topic for a little while but I believe it is time to share this idea after discussing it in the forum with one of our participants, Dan, on the IRC server. Dan dubbed it the 50-25-25 rule.
Some things in Forex you cannot entirely predict but you have many tools available at your disposal to help predict the likelihood a currency will move in a particular direction based upon information available.

Good new traders and interested parties, drumrtrades.com is back up and running on a new server. I plan on updated the site multiple times per week but no more than once per day.

Hello and welcome to my blog. Over the next days, weeks, months, and maybe years I will be providing you with my thoughts on the markets, pairs, and general sentiment about the world markets to share with my fellow travelers. Some days we will have other items of interest added just to expand our minds even more.
I hope those of you who will follow me through my journey will laugh, cry, and laugh so hard you will cry. I will mix humor and serious commentary so your eyes do not glaze over with boredom and hopefully keep you coming back. I will utilize different multimedia experience. Some days there will be just text, some days, videos and even a mix thrown in for an interactive experience.
About me...by day I am an unlicensed professional in the architecture industry for the past 8 years. At night I like to follow the financial markets and trade on the side in addition to working on my higher education endeavors. I have been involved with stocks in some capacity for over 8 years and am approaching 2 years involved with Forex. I have some experiences with mutual funds but mainly with single stocks.
