Hey everyone, I will be live blogging tonight for about 3-5 hours or so. I have decided to give blogger.com a try out. I think it has a few more options to work with.
Live blogging will begin there at about 8:30 EST.
The address is: forexliveblog.blogspot.com
******************************************************************
Today I will be living blogging from "Funny Mouse" PC cafe. I will be live blogging for the next 5 hours.
I am currently getting my trading platform up from Oanda. We shall see what good trades are out there for us today.
I will be trading a simple EMA crossover method today on a 1min chart.
I will be trading the following pairs: EUR/USD , AUD/USD, USD/YEN.
I will post a screenshot of my platform and setup soon.
Happy trading.
Live Blog Update: Great day - Forex Live Blog Complete! (3:07 PM ET)
Well everyone, I have finished live blogging from the PC cafe for this Monday. It was a great day. Had to wait a bit for some of the trades to develop. I am currently at home now and just about to jump into bed before the day job kicks in again.
I hope you all enjoyed todays posts and I hope some of the information was useful.
Feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of the post and I will be sure to respond to it.
I just remembered that I did have a USD/YEN trade that I haven't posted on the blog. Just to tired. It was the last trade of the evening. I will post it sometime tomorrow.
Take care everyone,
Cheers

Trade Update 6: Short USD/YEN:
This one I took a bit of heat, about 23 PIPS. This is not really
a good trade. I was thinking that it was going to bounce off of the EMA and rollover to the downside. That didn't happen. I was still able to muster out +6, +6 and +8 on the trade. It was a little stressful, but once again another winning trade.
If I would have taken the long that would have worked out better and a lot less stress.

Trade Update 5: Long euro/usd from 1.2630
Live blogging contiunes here. Another long trade here on the euro/usd pair. Target hit on the first for +10 and +10 on the runner. Nice and easy trade. Didn't have to wait for this one to develop.
Here is a screenshot of the small short scalp and the long.

Trade Update 4: Short EURO/USD from 1.2623
This was a small scalp from the break of support. Quick scalp
for +3 pips. No screenshot needed for this trade.
TRADE UPDATE 3: AUD/USD LONG
Here is a aud/usd long trade that a bought at support. I went
all in all out on this trade. It might have more left in it but I was happy with my 12 pips.
Nice move once it got though the 34 EMA ... I like when it moves
in the direction as soon as you place the trade.
Here is screenshot:

Trade update 2:
This trade came out of nowhere really. We got a breach of the 34 EMA and went long. Took about 12 pips heat on the trade. Was able to get +5 and +7 PIPS on the runner.
This is the second time writing this post.
Here is a screenshot:

Trading Update: 10:35AM EST:
Well it wasn't pretty thats for sure. Moved the stop out to 65 on the news spike and just waited. We had a double top there on the 1min euro that made me stay in a bit longer and have a bit more confidence to the downside
On the first lot got my target of +12 PIPS.
I got out on the big one min bar for +9 PIPS.
Not a very easy trade for the first live blog trade post but it worked out.
Trading Update: 10:05 EST:
Of course I forgot there was news. Moved the stop out to
handle the spike stop moved to 65.
Trading Update: 9:45 EST:
Currently short EURO at 1.2623 with stop at 40 for now.
Screenshot to follow the trade.. we shall see where this goes.
UPDATE: 9:39 EST
** Here is an image of my trading platform that I will be working with today.
I am using a 34 EMA with support and resistance.

I am not at work. This is a PC cafe in my area that I like to go to and trade. This live blogging is kinda fun. I will post more pictures once the trading action gets slower.
Cheers. Thanks for the comments.
