sounds like losing trader conspiracy to me. ECN's do not manipulate anything. a bank doing manipulations? kind of hard to do since the ECN's are using multiple banks for quotes. its a very simple yet elegant system.

I am aware about some big traders manipulating the market; I just wanted to know if someone else had any information about it. I don't mean to sound as a conspiracy maker, though I just want to see what are the real benefits or advantages you get by trading on ECN.

you get a broker who isnt manipulating the price feed because he has taken your trade.

I couldn't find a better benefit, I guess I'll try to make more pips so I get to trade on an ECN. Thanks for clarifying all my doubts. Happy New Year.
